The guided script
Read through it here, or let Relax show one prompt at a time while you breathe.
- Breathe slowly and let your body grow heavy.
- Imagine a place where you feel completely safe and calm.
- It could be a beach, a forest, a cozy room, or somewhere new.
- Look around. What colors do you see?
- What is the light like? Warm sun, soft dusk, candlelight?
- Listen. Maybe waves, birdsong, wind, or peaceful silence.
- Feel the temperature on your skin and the ground beneath you.
- Breathe in. What does the air smell like here?
- Find a place to rest in this scene. Let yourself settle.
- Nothing is needed from you here. You are simply safe.
- Know that you can return to this place whenever you need.
Tips
- Details matter more than realism. Make it yours.
- Use the same place each time so it becomes easier to reach.
- Pairs beautifully with the nature photos and ocean sounds.
