How to do alternate nostril breathing
- Sit tall. Rest your left hand in your lap and raise your right hand to your nose.
- Close your right nostril with your thumb and inhale through the left for 4.
- Close both nostrils and hold for 4.
- Release your thumb and exhale through the right for 4.
- Inhale through the right for 4, hold, then exhale through the left.
- That is one round. Continue for 5 to 10 rounds.
